Though the Missed Call Notification Service in NTC is not official service of Nepal Telecom, users are using it. Here are some tested facts about this service.

>>>>The service is said to activate within 24 hours, but it doesn’t.
>>>> You will only get one missed call alert for about 10-15 dials…for those calls for which you don’t get alerts, the caller will get the message “call disconnected”.
>>>> According to the service provider of this service, the service will be activated if you divert calls to +97718088 for busy and not reachable. But key fact is that Nepal Telecom doesn’t allow to divert calls in this number for busy and unreachable.
>>>> We pay rs. 30/month+ applicable taxes, rs. 10/10 days, 24 hours is spent for activation of service…and only works with fault for 9 days. it is auto renewed after the 10th day.
