Are you using Ncell's Sim card? Obviously it supports Call Barring. The default password is 0000 and you can change it. Learn to use following services using this service.
Block all incoming calls : Dial *35*0000#
Block all outgoing calls: Dial *33*0000#
Block all incoming calls but accept messages only : First dial *35*0000# and then #35*0000*16#
Block all outgoing calls but not messages: First dial *33*0000# and then #33*0000*16#
Block all incoming messages only : *35*0000*16#
Block all outgoing messages only: *33*0000*16#
Unblocking:
#35*0000# : This unblocks all incoming calls as well as messages together.
#33*0000# : This unblocks all outgoing calls as well as messages
Note: 1. 0000 is your default call barring password.
2. The call barring password can be changed.
3. It doesnot work if you have activated Call Divert service, but barring of messages works when calls are diverted.
